Located near a river ideal for walking or jogging, and close to the main shopping district, this hotel is a perfect budget choice. The rooms are small but efficient, and the bathroom amenities include toothbrushes and sponge. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is excellent with both Japanese and Western options, and the hotel offers wired internet and tea pots in the room for convenience.
The hotel's parking system has caused issues with guests in the past, which can be stressful and inconvenient for those driving.

Spent Christmas in Morioka and our hotel was perfect. Situated just across the bridge from the train station, it was easy to find after we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of dishes, including some locally sourced products. The room was cozy and clean, and we loved the shutters that completely blocked out the light. The biggest plus was the luggage storage, allowing us to explore the city on our last day without dragging around our suitcases.
The room felt a bit dated and the bedding was slightly lackluster. While the entrance and lobby areas were modern and sleek, the room could use a little sprucing up.

Had a great Xmas stay with fantastic staff! Rooms were clean and comfortable with a super affordable package including breakfast. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a short walk to the station and surrounded by food and shopping. The helpful and friendly staff gave great recommendations for tours and restaurants. The breakfast spread had lots of offerings and was a great start to the day. Overall a great experience!
The walls were a bit thin and we could hear noise from outside our room. parking was quite difficult to figure out and we ended up paying more than expected, but it was eventually resolved.
